ACACIA VINEYARD'S WINE CLUB FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  How much does it cost to join the "Friends of Acacia" Wine Club?
There is no cost to join our club and there are no annual fees.  Being a member of our Wine Club simply entails the receipt of pre-selected wines on a quarterly basis with you choosing what types of wines you prefer.

2.  How can I join the Wine Club?
You can join our Wine Club by signing up onsite during your next visit to our winery, calling us at 707.226.9991 ext 2 or Toll Free at 877.226.1700 ext 2, or by filling out one of the Online Order Forms found on our White Wines, Assorted Wines, or Red Wines club pages.

3.  How long does my Club Membership last?
There is no time limit for being a member, but we do ask for at least a two shipment commitment.  As long as you are enjoying the benefits of being a "Friend of Acacia", your Club Membership will remain active.

4.  How do I change or update my information?
If you have moved, need to update your credit card information, or have any other personal information change requests, you can either send an EMAIL or call us at 707.226.9991 ext 2 or Toll Free at 877.226.1700 ext 2 and one of our customer service reps will gladly assist.

5.  Can I pick up my Wine Club Selections?
Many local members of our Wine Club enjoy the benefit of coming directly to the winery to pick up their Wine Club allocations instead of having them delivered.  It saves on shipping costs and gives them a reason to come by and enjoy the Complimentary Tastings that they enjoy as Wine Club Members.  Based on recent changes in accounting laws, however, we do require that Pick-Up Members receive their allocations within the month that they have been charged.  If you are a Pick-Up Member and know that you will not be able to receive a certain selection within this time frame, please EMAIL and we'll set up a delivery schedule around your needs.

6.  How will I be notified of the availability of my Wine Club Selections?
If you are a shipping member, you will receive an email with tracking information once your shipments has been processed and on their way.  For pick-up members, you will receive a postcard once your card has been processed that invites you to come pick up your wines at your convenience.  However, once you see the charge on your card, you do not have to wait for the postcard... the wines are ready for pick-up!

7.  How do I cancel my Wine Club Membership?

As mentioned above, we ask for at least a two shipment commitment for new members of our Wine Club.  After that, you can cancel at any time, but we ask that all Cancellation Requests be submitted in writing (this is for both yours and our record-keeping).  There are three main avenues for submitting a cancellation request in writing.
         (A) Fax a cancellation request to 707.226.1685 and be sure to include your name and address.
         (B) Send an EMAIL request with your name and address.
         (C) Mail a cancellation request to the following address:
