• 4 ounces cashews
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Spread the coated cashews onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake until the nuts start to turn a golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool a bit. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  6. Store in an airtight container to best preserve flavors.
